I knew one in NY through a friend and on the last day of school before summer he spent 2 hours taking a statement from a kid who had been slashed with a knife. This kid was 12 years old. He was also in a gang. |

I've just remembered a news artical from a few years ago.
It said in states with carry and concealment laws you would be more likely to be shot dead during a mugging because the criminal would just presume you had a gun, so they would shoot you and then take your wallet. I'll see if I can find it. |
