After Sen. Barack Obama landslide victory in last night's South Carolina primary John Edwards should call it a day and withdraw. If he can't win in his birth state he can't win anywhere.

As I'm not over 'there yet' , I am not really involved but I would like to ask those of you who are, Do you think Hilary's crying will affect her chances 'cos if she cries/shows emotion publically, what will she do, if something serious really happens.
And... if Obama gets in and as the first black President and he doesn't do a very good job of it, do you think the American public will ever vote another black candidate into the White house ?

It's only a recent phenomena. Tricky Dicky was told to go by his own party when he got out of hand. Republican camp haven't said a boo to a goose in the last seven years. Seems the only option you get is to resign and stfu if you disagree with what the apparatchik is doing.

OK politics aside, (sorry OP) is it just me but I don't 'get' Maya Angelou! (OK that at least is a 'goodish speech')
I've seen her on TV and she reads something she has just written and I'm thinking - that means nothing - its garbage!
She is so over rated IMO.
