Okay, you can't choose your coworkers (unless you're the boss). I work in a school, so you get the opposite. Ohio teachers tend to love ALL Democrats....they like to spend on education.

I am surprised that it didn't actually say at the end

"send this email to atleast 10 people you know within the next hour

"
(-- phew, close call...panic)

As it didn't, then it MUST be true.....

Since the smear campaigns aren't on TV, people obviously think its not occurring. Should you get another one.... reply with " did you know gullible has just been taken out of the dictionary?"!!

You might be wrong there Tamms. I think it was Brian Williams (NBC Anchor) who brought it up. Certainly nothing to do with knowing better, rather he was giving BOB a chance to disavow the story once and for all - not that folk won't believe it!

NPR link

The issue of race was briefly joined by another sensitive issue when moderator Brian Williams asked Obama about email and Internet rumors that he is secretly a Muslim, that he took the oath of office on a Quran — not a Bible — and that he refuses to recite the pledge of allegiance.

Obama chuckled as he listened and then said, "Let's make clear what the facts are: I am a Christian, I have been sworn in with a Bible, I pledge allegiance and lead the pledge of allegiance sometimes in the United States Senate when I've presided."

He called the rumors "lies" and said, "The American people are, I think, smarter than folks give them credit for."

Glad you had time to look this up. As I stated, "I might be wrong." I was concentrating on my driving this morning....slick spots." Anyway, I said 'senator' for lack of remembering who I was listening to. I didn't recognize the voice and it had some "attitude" behind it. No biggy. Even if the email was true, it wouldn't make me like him any less than I already do.

Thumbs up Re: Election Poll

"Maya Angelou, the African-American poet who is one of the most influential and respected literary voices of the modern age, has written a poem praising Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign for The Observer:

State Package for Hillary Clinton

You may write me down in history

With your bitter, twisted lies,

You may tread me in the very dirt

But still, like dust, I'll rise.

This is not the first time you have seen Hillary Clinton seemingly at her wits' end, but she has always risen, always risen, don't forget she has always risen, much to the dismay of her adversaries and the delight of her friends.

Hillary Clinton will not give up on you and all she asks of you is that you do not give up on her.

There is a world of difference between being a woman and being an old female. If you're born a girl, grow up, and live long enough, you can become an old female. But to become a woman is a serious matter. A woman takes responsibility for the time she takes up and the space she occupies. Hillary Clinton is a woman. She has been there and done that and has still risen. She is in this race for the long haul. She intends to make a difference in our country. Hillary Clinton intends to help our country to be what it can become.

She declares she wants to see more smiles in the family, more courtesies between men and women, more honesty in the marketplace. She is the prayer of every woman and man who longs for fair play, healthy families, good schools, and a balanced economy.

She means to rise.

Don't give up on Hillary. In fact, if you help her to rise, you will rise with her and help her make this country the wonderful, wonderful place where every man and every woman can live freely without sanctimonious piety and without crippling fear.

Rise, Hillary.

Rise."
