Er, no. That was just some random picture I found on the internet. .... I look nothing like that, .... I'm closer to my avatar, at least superficially: 6'5", curly hair, though not as jowly, and he's a little older than me.

Most of the time I read your posts in Clarkson's voice anyway. I'm starting to think he's just leading a secret life in America, which would be the ultimate irony for him

Probably so. My taste in American V8-powered vehicles would offend him, but he was born about 20 miles from where I was born, and at one time we used to live about a mile apart in London. I've never met the guy though.
