Whatever the jury decide, Couey will never see the inside of the death chamber. If he is mentally retarded in any way, then the law bars him from being executed. His sentence will be commuted to life in jail.

I am opposed to the death penalty, but I hate that guys face, and if he did go to the death chamber I would'nt cry too much.

but rightly so really, ive only ever done it really late at night when there is loads of space to be honest, and then it was when i had a bad back injury

They don't even allow use of EU disabled badges here, which is poor as most EU countries have stricter laws for them ie being a fat bastard isn't a disability
