You have a good point there, I was always told to never admit anything even if it was your fault for insurance reasons.

Talking of wasting cash they seem to fly police choppers every night here I know back home it cost some ridiculous amount to fly them for about half an hour and I'm sure they don't really need them.

Here cops are called for a minor fender bender in a private car park and usually more than one patrol car turns up. Its not unusual to see a cop outside supermarkets controlling traffic onto the road.

They had a funeral for an officer the other day and there were cops everywhere from all the counties in colorado and someone told me they also have two cops from every state.

2 Grand an hour Humbersides was costed at. Often we'd shout up to ask if it was available to look for someone to be told, sorry flaps down at the moment.
