I do warn everyone not to base hopes on single datapoints! If you take the 5 most recent recorded London returns - Brian, Lilio, Scroggs, tookawhile and Steve, the average, both mean (rounded) and median, is 18 days (12,13,18,22 and 24), and none of those had bank holidays in them.
So based on average, next Tuesday. Could be this week, but could also be the following week :-(

rmart & Buzz25, I've dropped off my passport at the Mailbox on Thursday last week (8th May) and received confirmation email. I have not received any other communication since then. Did you receive any email notification???
However, current status remains as "Send Documents". Has the status of your case changed at all?
