Over a decade ago, I-192 applicants were discussing exactly the same email address and lengthy waits - 1-2 years in some cases, and the ARO email address was solely listed as for these applicants.

It's possible that the individual had simply typed in the current date to see how many days they had already been waiting, and forgot to remove it. I know I did this a couple of times.

And here is a still topical article about the ARO from 2013.

Just my two cents..
There is a possibility that waiver activities at the CBP/consulate may be suspended temporarily due to pending revisions of the Foreign Affairs Manual, if any at all. If that is the case, which I doubt it is, the waiver processing could be delayed indefinitely. Another possibility, which seems more likely, is that the federal workforce is being re-shuffled/replaced/re-hired which would slow down all types of consular activities in the short term.

Hi, I am sorry but the entry is not by me. I have not received my waiver yet and have removed the entry.

The new entries also look suspicious. No usernames...

Suppose the only way we'll know is if @Bryanlloydx gets a response in the next week or so

I’m curious how you found out that your waiver was sent to DHS on June 5th. Did the embassy notify you of the date the recommendation was sent? Shouldn't it have been sent to DHS/CBP on the day of your interview?

that is not my entry. There is another entry above me with similar details but with no username. Again suspicious.

In your case how you found out your waiver recommendation was sent to DHS on 29th? Did they inform you? I have not had any such confirmation.

I was not told about the waiver procedure on the day of the interview. My case was sent for regular administrative processing then. The consular officer contacted me on the 29th of April stating that I was ineligible for the visa and that he would recommend a waiver for the ineligibility. When I received my documents and passport the following week, there was a letter dated 29th April with the waiver recommendation decision.

I think based on this https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx and the last updated date. Usually it's sent on the day of your appointment but sometimes there are delays when more docs need to be sent in etc
