Hopefully you will be within the next week, if the last entry on the tracker is genuine. Im waiting for you to get yours and then I will feel more hopeful with mine!

I waited over 309 days for mine to be approved. I would guess that some of the shuffles in the government may have cause some delays of you all who are waiting. I'm sure it will come soon, but the days of sub 300 days are probably in the past now.

Just to update on my case- had email 3rd Feb to send passport in and got it back today. Good luck to everyone still waiting

I've been monitoring this conversation for a few months and thought I'd join and add my experiences. I've had 2 prior Visas, a 5 year in 2010 and the same in 2018. Both were through Melbourne, Australia.

2010 was (can't remember exactly) but an interview within a couple of weeks of making a booking, being denied but recommended a waiver, then getting a National Police Certificate after the interview which took a couple of weeks and then approved a couple.of weeks later so whole process was roughly 6 weeks. Had a months holiday and was pulled into secondary at LAX for about an hour to make sure the Visa was valid while my wife waited outside.

2018 booked interview which was 2 weeks later again on 1st July 2018, not enough time to get NPC before interview so went and denied again but recommended for a waiver. It took 6 weeks for the NPC to arrive and was sent on 31st August with email to send passport 12th October and 5 year visa dated 26th October 2018. Went on a business trip/ holiday for 9 days by myself on 15th December and no secondary at LAX. Went again in May 2022 for 11 days by myself and pulled into secondary at LAX for about an hour again.

Made a booking on 29th April 2024 and earliest appointment was 16th October... then was able to change my booking to 1st July 2024 so had NPC with me when I went to the appointment. Again denied but recommended for a waiver and still waiting based on times in the tracker. Had a RTW first and business ticket through US for 3 days on the way and 1 day coming home in September 24 but had to cancel along with a 2 week family holiday over Christmas to LA.

I was sure when I got to change my appointment to July there was sufficient time for the waiver to come back and was told they can take up to 7 months at interview and Covid had delayed the processing times. I don't know if the process has changed and all Visas are done at 1 location irrespective of where the interview took place but i seem to recall (and will check old passport) that the issuing embassy stated Melbourne.

Based on other times, I'm at 34 weeks so maybe another 5 or 6 to go before my email arrives.... hopefully!!

There is one case in the sheet with no details which indicates a very quick turn around. Row 53 shows 260 days. I'm not sure this is real to be honest. That is very fast in my opinion. I would expect to see E2London coming next.

It's fast, but as the sheet shows, a difference of a month or more between 2 users with similar interview dates is not unusual. Since every waiver request goes through a number of consular reviews before even going to the ARO, I suspect a difference of several weeks between notifications is a likely outcome. Just look at the range (2 months) around yours.

I submitted my waiver recommendation to the ARO on April 22, 2024. Recently, I followed up with both the ARO and the London Embassy, but they responded that there are "no updates."I am now approaching 310 days—exactly 10 months as of yesterday! I found information online suggesting that the current processing time ranges from 10 to 12 months. However, I am hopeful that I will receive that important email next week. Frustrating...
