The pet shop in Indooroopilly Shopping centre. We did go to the pound, but there wasn't anything suitable.

Hmmmmm at a shopping centre... I was quite shocked when I first saw that when visiting in 2003...luckily I've not seen it here in Qld! Does she seem a content lil mite?!

Just invested in a kayak, can't wait to get out onto the water! :thumbsup: Paying it off though and have to wait til November til the OH is back from his big exercise OOP NORF! ARGHHHHH :eek:

Looks good Jen, I want a sea going (sit in) kayak at some point. In general, the sea is pretty calm here so you can do a lot of kayaking. Think I may carry a big knife though, some big pointers knocking around!

Mine's a sea kayak too, the only difference being, if I fall out, mine is easier to get back into and doesn't fill with water as badly! I'm sorely tempted to take Simon up on his offer and borrow the rest of the money from him to pay it off, then owe him, rather than the shop, then I have it sooner! Only thing is tho, I'd probably be too scared to go out on it initially, without him there...:wub:

Well here we go again, the OH has just left this morning for a huge exercise near Townsville, so that's me home alone til nearly November! ARGHHHHHHH :thumbdown: :( :blink:
