Hey, you're here now, great news.
We've got a landline eventually so you could ring that way or can you skype - watch the download if you're capped as it uses a fair bit. Oh, you spoke to Mrs C yesterday - she never told me:( Cooler |

Re: The 'Jen1977ni' Thread!
Well, day 3 and so far so good. Simon went into work today to pick up his uniform, he was like a big child showing me it all when he brought it home. I walked to the local shopping centre and had a wee dander about, stopped and had some sushi, WOW I LOVE sushi! Whilst I was sitting eating it though this old man came walking towards me and sat down @ my table saying 'Sorry love, can I just sit here to change my bandaid' I felt like saying, 'Well no actually you can't you dirty get, I'M EATING MY LUNCH AND UR ABOUT TO EXPOSE UR YUCKY OWL CUT TO ME AND TAKE A HONKIN OWL PLASTER OFF IT!!!' like EWWWWWW  Anyhoo, he changed it and thanked me saying 'Enjoy your lunch!' whilst I sat there thinking :sneaky: erm ok lol
This afternoon we went to look @ the house we've been offered and we've accepted it, so fingers crossed we'll be in it asap. Looked at washing machines in The Good Guys and Harvey Normans, The Good Guys were willing to knock $50 off the $700 price, is that a decent deal, or should we ask for more off? Also looked @ some banger cars this afternoon, seen some possibilities so, that's good.... Anyhoo, over and out.... The Jenster xo  |

Re: The 'Jen1977au' thread
Do you think the local uni would let me pop in and print stuff out? Or would they tell me to clear off lol
|
Re: The 'Jen1977au' thread
PS When I say 'stuff' I mean my CV to hand in to the local primary schools...

I don't have to move stuff (not your resume stuff :p) just thought it would make it easier for your fans  |

Only find out by trying. Hearing 'no' won't kill you ;) Local library may be an easier bet?
I don't have to move stuff (not your resume stuff :p) just thought it would make it easier for your fans  Went to the uni, girl @ front desk said yes and sent me to library, arrived @ library huffin and puffin cos I'd to ask several people where it was, only to be told no, u have to be a student here lol So I've returned back to the house to have a glass of juice before trying to figure out how to drive to the library without getting killed in the car! (first day i've driven about on my own) Went to post office to post a gift to Simon's dad for his bday, the people weren't behind glass screens, how mad was that! Also he asked me for ID, do I look that dodgy? lol  One more thing, popped to woolies yday to get some stuff, had seen that nestle diet yog on tele so bought some, OMG $3 for two tubs, and they are far too big, aren't there any cheaper fat free yogs?! GULP! |
Re: The 'Jen1977au' thread
Just called into the local PCYC, is this an Australia wide thing? I've subsequently emailed them my CV as I've STILL to find a printer, going to go to the local library after this, so it'll all be ok in the end...

It's a Police and Community Youth Club, and I thought with my police role in the UK plus my teaching experience, they might find me useful, or maybe not lol

Re: The 'Jen1977au' thread
I was all confused there for a minute..... Looked at the original thread and was sure I'd read more than what was there and then realised a new thread had been started!
Looking forward to more updates! :) |
