Had my first 'Performance' by the kids last night, since I joined the school as 'Music Teacher' nearly 7 weeks ago, 5 more performance nights to go, exhausting! Hopefully find out soon if my contract is going to be extended til the end of the academic year, I'm not overly enjoying the job, but it'd be nice to have some financial security til December, so fingers crossed! :fingerscrossed:

Can anyone explain why I am onto my FOURTH cold in just over 3 months?! Me thinks it's got a bit much now to be honest, I eat well, sleep well, take my vitamins including green tea extract capsules, I exercise....WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?!?!?! lol :(

Jen ive been the same since we have arrived in Darwin, ive been told that our immunity needs to build up to the bugs that are different over here to what are bodies are used to. Apparently this can take up to a year !!!
Also going from aircon to normal outside temps and back is not good for the body either.
My kids seem to not have as much problems with getting a cold and sniffles but me and the OH just seem to get rid of one and another appears.
