Had the Mail not referred to it as a "Breastaurant" (ugh) I wouldn't have caught it. I was wondering the same thing - hardly a family type establishment. However I've just googled and there are plenty in my area. Guess I've never been.
(For those who are not familiar with the Twin Peaks breastaurant it is a competitor to Hooters.)
