Probably smells of fish, too, yes? Given his location I mean.

I am very attracted to areas that smell of fish, thus my interest in costal America. Fish is the symbol of Jesus. Something I have noted time and time again, is how American churches often smell fishy.

My poor dears. I didn't realize (with a "z" thank you) you would all be hanging on waiting for my appearance. I have a life you know. I can't be at your beck and call for entertainment at every moment.

yep and I've got some tasty rice cakes that almost taste like tortilla chips when you dunk them in salsa... only the best for this thread! :D
I'm glad this thread is proving to have some staying power after all. Sultan may yet get a turn. |

My technique for taking the Little Lion clothes shopping is to go to a shop that he does not immediately despise, and then hand him off to a shop assistant to pick stuff out while I stay out of the way. Much less stressful. |
Re: When in Rome...
I am a bit reminded of my time in your London, by this thread. On a couple of occasions in a pub, while having a quiet pint at the bar, I'd over hear a couple of locals having a go at Scousers. I'd turn to them and say in my best Scouse accent "bunch of c%&T's them scousers aren't they?", now my aim was to be light hearted and jovial but on each occasion it was greeted with complete silence and an end to their conversation.
Not 100% sure of the connection to this thread, but its there some where. |
