I did read somewhere that those episodes were tacked onto the initial order, hence the break. They should have left well alone.

Re: Tele
I finished The Hour. It was very good.
Just started streaming Sherlock and it looks pretty good. Nice to see Martin Freeman broaden his acting range. Just finished re-watching The Sopranos for the third time. Am very sad I have finished it again. |
Re: Tele
Episodes
The second series has just started and it's a great little comedy show! Very dry stuff about a pair of writers doing a comedy show in the US that they were brought over to do because their original show in the UK was such a hit and then being told "no" to everything they want to do that made their original show such a success. |
Re: Tele
Just watched John Barrowman present a show called "Keys to the Castle" on the travel channel about working castles around Britain. Loved it.
Anyone got any good recommendations for recent Brit shows? After overdosing on Sherlock and Downton, I'm out of stuff to watch. |

It's a USA show, which tends to be a bit pap and it kind of sounds it about a pair of cops who don't get on so are forced into couples therapy :/ |

Once Upon a Time has been renewed! I still watch it every week, mainly for Robert Carlyle despite the fact that most weeks it really pisses me off lol
The Finder, The Firm, Bent, GCB, The River, Alcatraz, Harry's Law....probably a few others I've forgotten about. |

when combined with Liliyhammer it does not look like Netflix have ambitions of being the next HBO (despite me watching The River I know it was crap, just enjoyable crap) I see Netflix also has new episodes of Arrested Development, but I never got that show, despite it being recommended to me by peoples whose judgement I normally trust. The idea of commercial failure TV shows moving over to Netflix has to be welcomed though, as there is good TV that just doesnt get a market for a variety of reasons. I wish it had happened with Firefly |
