Just thought I'd add to the discussion by saying after our turkey we had bread pudding with pears soaked in a whiskey sauce.

Sorry Nutek. We didn't have any cake. Just homemade apple strudel, blueberry pie, pumpkin pie, key lime pie, chocolate chip cookies.

Good point. I am ashamed of myself for the oversight.

In the spirit of the "holiday season" (shoot me now for using that effin phrase) I would, of course, accept ANY gluten-heavy confectionary product.

They do need individual and thorough taste testing also I don't think home made baked goods travel so well as commercial ones....
