I pay $14.50 CDN ($10.83 USD) for Kuchenmeister stollen, how does that compare with your local price?

So far, the home-made GF stollen are a huge hit..... 4 have been made and all eaten up! I have some people coming for mince pies and mulled wine in a few days and now I remember why I only make the mince pies on the day. I'd have none left otherwise. I was thinking I would make the pastry and cut out the shapes and hide them in the freezer so that they would be ready to put the filling in and bake. My kids have been trained by Nutek I am absolutely sure...

Maybe I am missing some kind of marketing / brand opportunity here.

I walked past my wife watching The Great British Bake Off and noticed they were making stollen, looked quite yummy. That Hollywood guy is real aggressive with his rolling.

[sniff] Doesn't look very German, but hard to fault Amaretto. You have my blessing.

Darn you, Wintersong - in a brief moment of nostalgia, you sucked me into your 'ooh, wouldn't it be nice to receive a box of British treats' world. My children (will) thank you.

I order a box every couple of months. My kids have no idea that I do so, though
