This is a serious post, whatever most if you might think about fox hunting. I am being stalked / followed by an older man (mid 50's) who is a big shot in the next town over in New England. I cant go to the police because he's a hot shot around there and I cant tell my husband as we all used to be friends. If this was the UK i'd go straight to the coppers but being in the US and I know I would not get a fair hearing I have to suffer in silence... 
This is a serious thread and this forum is the only place I've voiced it,not even to the OH, its a living hell, i need some proper advice and I cant take it to the lawyers

What exactly do you mean by a "big shot" and why do you think police here in the states would not give you a fair hearing ? I am confused as to why you cant tell your hubby... do you mean he would not believe you because you all used to be friends ? something stinks here...........
does not want to share ... Maybe rightly too ....

I was just about to ask this! I think the answer is pretty obvious to be honest, but like Ray says, time will tell. In my opinion, there is no other reason NOT to tell the hubby.
