After you find him, don’t pick up your keys if you drop them.

He was confined to the International Channel for quite a bit after the arrest - I'm ashamed to say that he is a Scouser, too.

Does anyone remember the story of the Yugoslavian air stewardess who used to be in the Guinness Book of Records for falling from 33,000 feet in 1972? I recall seeing her picture on the cover of the GBR, perhaps the 1979 edition?

While looking at Audio's linked story about the Lightning crash, I found a story about the reason why the GBR entry was removed. It's an interesting read.

I remember that...but I didn't realize it was as far back as 1972.

Built in smile....lol

Too bad PSA isn't around anymore, they had to pain their smiles on, but all of their planes smiled.....

They were a San Diego based low fare airline that were in business from 1949 to 1988 when US Airways bought them, and then dismantled their west coast route structure.

They were the original low fare airline in the US.

It's been a manic week at work due to Car Week in Monterey. It kicked off Wednesday evening with the Motorworks Revival event that we hosted, and end today with the Pebble Beach Concours D'Elegance. We have about 150 planes leaving over the next 48 hours. It's been a long week where my body is broken LOL. Anyway, for the proper spotters, a couple of pics of the planes we had on display Wednesday evening...

The DC3 also performed a pretty cool flypast with a tip of the wings as it left

Seven dead at Shoreham (UK) airshow. There is always a risk at airshows, and I think most spectators understand that, but the dead were all on the A27, not at the airshow. The pilot is in a critical condition, I assume he ejected, though I don't see it in the linked video below. Terribly sad though, whatever the details. :(

Shoreham Airport (Brighton City Airport) is pretty close to the A27 and most aircraft making a high speed aerobatic manoeuvre or on approach to the SW runway would cross it.
Like you say, I did not see him eject either (he must have done to survive at that speed). His condition this morning was described as ‘fighting for his life’. :fingerscrossed:

There is a Hunter (just static display I think) at Shoreham.
