People in restaurants who are completely uninhibited and feel it is OK to carry on conversations at maximum sound levels and shriek with laughter, to the annoyance of other patrons who are forced to listen in.

I don't know why, because it happens every year, and it really shouldn't bother me......but it does...I just find it really irritating, especially when you're trying to talk to one of them. One of who? Those folk who put the ash cross on their foreheads. They really get on my tits.
