Face it people, you have representation, sorry if it's not who you wanted.

I plead ignorance on the original tea party,

but wasnt it taxation on some (colonial tea merchants) and non on other (British) so wouldnt your average colonial tea drinker still get the same price tea, just less profit for their neighbourhood tea merchant?
happy to be put staright on this matter, by those who know its hostory (I should read up on this stuff)

Many of us feel the same way here in the UK if the Labour Party wins to forthcoming General Election, Gordon Brown stands down and Harriet Harman becomes Prime Minister.

Many people here, especially those who are male, will root out their UK passports, or obtain one PDQ if they do not already hold one, pack up their bags and head for the nearest airport with their single tickets to foreign shores never to bee seen in Britannia's green pastures ever again.

Harman has even predicted this herself in the House of Commons, but she was pretending to jest......many didn't think she was in all honesty.

Looking on the bright side many people here think that Harriet Harman is one very good reason not to vote Labour come the sixth of May....

I sincerely hope Palin does not run in 2012. We don't need another neo-con running for president. She's gonna destroy the Tea Party movement, her being an idiot is a good cover, she's a part of the political establishment just like Obama and McCain and company are. Whomever runs in 2012 will just be another politician bent on selling off whatever's left of this country to the highest bidder, while deliberately bankrupting us at the same time. Elect Ron Paul or his son Rand Paul

Yeah...on last night's episode of "Conspiracy Theory" with Jesse Ventura, they were saying that a massive solar flare in 2012 will knock out the world's power grid for years, plunging us all back into the dark ages.

If you are a conservative or a Republican please do listen to the reason that is David Frum. I'm begging for a return to the William F Buckley style of Republicanism.

In other words adults with intellectual ideas, reason and a commitment to policy and not this inane wankerist championing of brainless feckwits who look pretty on TV.

Herpes if we do that the tabloids and news would lose 50% of their revenue. Oh and might I add, we've been run by adults with intellectual ideas for decades and look where it's gotten us. Intellectual politicians don't live in the real world

We consider it a racial slur because he is black, but what would it be called, other than the truth, if the person were lily white.

There's certainly frustration there. But more there's confusion, and I don't understand where these folks are coming from. I'm sure more than 9/10 of them voted for Bush....but now seem to be against his policies. So why did vote him in for 2 terms? And why not protest then as well as now?
