No chocolate, crisps, or fancy steaks unless you are current with your health insurance premiums.

Even worse...I'm not a scientist/doctor and I do not agree with those who are scientists/doctors.

Your argument about science and scientists I am 100% behind, but until such time money grows on trees I have concerns about doctors lobbying congress for "improved healthcare", because, surprise surprise, doctors are in favour of spending more money on healthcare, when in truth it would be perfectly possible to spend every penny the federal government raises in taxes and duties on healthcare and still have healthcare needs unmet.

It's not really that topic that was on my mind.
I agree with you on the cost issue...who wouldn't?

(And the older I get, and the taxes I pay, and my business 'fees'...well I would indeed like to see more accountability among certain sectors of the populace than exists at present. Which reminds me...mission to Wally World today.)

However one argument that's made is that 'free' or low cost preventative care more than pays for itself in the long run.

In honour of Obama's return to Iraq. How many others beside Pulaski and me will appreciate this beautiful, sad song by J.P. Cormier?

Very moving.

I wonder what inspired him to write it?
