Question NYC

So I'm going to be spending the first 2 weeks of December in Manhatten. Any suggestions of how I can keep the babychog (20 months old) amused while we're there?
Our previous trips have either been while she was very small or when the weather was good.

Hang out at FAO Schwarz and play with the toys! Lots of Christmas lights to look at. Afraid I'm not up on child-friendly activities, but the museums often have special programs for tots. Enjoy -- the holiday season is a great time to be in NYC!

Not really. Manhattan is not very child-friendly, hë11, personally I don't find it very adult-friendly. And anyway at twenty months she is far too young to ever remember any of her visit. I'd take a few favourite toys and books, and CDs/ mpegs and mostly hang out in the hotel. If the weather is nice maybe an occasional trip to Central Park?

She's already been 5 times. Husband- chog gets sent there regularly for work. I suspect we'll spend most of the time watching Timmy Time and the Tinkerbell films on netflix and rereading various Sandra Boynton Books. But i do like to get out of the hotel room for at least a little bit each day

@Nutmegger - FAO Schwarz does a daily story Time so that looks like a good idea it's just 3 avenues across from where we'll be staying Thanks

You could go to the Big Apple Circus? There are discount codes for weekday performances. Or see the Radio City Spectacular. Ours was last year as one of my kids came out saying they felt unwell, made it round the corner by the big tree and Good job we had bought the souvenir popcorn buckets. There was also a little Christmas Market with an ice rink near there that had a carousel?

Seems like a very ambitous 3 day itinerary. If my trip was being fully funded by the british tax payer I would totally do all that.

Also isn't the poor woman suffering from HG again this pregnancy?
