If red wine is too expensive, Ribena and Meths makes a great substitute.

ohhhh no i had a very bad experience with vodka jellys and sicking a whole mushroom out of my nose.............

There was a recipe for a White Chocolate Raspberry Trifle in Januarys Delicious magazine that looked totally scrummy and fairly easy too.
