After our estate got hit by a tornado a couple of years ago, I was greeted daily to the sight of workers scampering over roof after roof without the slightest care in the world. As far as I could tell, the only safety equipment being worn were floppy big hats to keep the sun off.
But this has just reminded me of something. I found an old post, beginning with a sarcastic put down, and then suggesting that workplace fatalities were 14 times as high in Canada as the UK. |

Peanut butter - one of the world's most disgusting "food" products - probably the only one that is as revolting going in as it is going out the other end.
