Although, in the past decade or two, there's definitely been a trend toward authentic Neopolitan pizza (outside Italy) and some of it is very good.

The grade of oil specified by Toyota (5w30, 10w30, etc), and you can't do better than using the Mobil 1 "full synthetic" brand of that grade IMO. All the other leading brands of oil are selling oil that is not full synthetic but marketing it as "full synthetic", which thanks to an idiot judge, in Chicago IIRC, is legal!

Hawaiian is ham and pineapple only. Olives, sweetcorn, whatever else, it ain't Hawaiian.

Onions are ok on pizza if finely chopped and there are not too many of them.

Potatoes on pizza is beyond comprehension.

Fair enough. I was just lumping any pizza that had pineapple on it into the Hawaiian category. Sue me, etc ...

I'm biased towards onions because I love the little mah'fckers. Ham, onion and mushroom pizza is one of my favourites. Or any kind of spicy one.

I have yet to come across a pizza with potatoes on it but I'm genetically predisposed to think that's a good thing.
