Hasn't he said in public interview on tv that he does not know who she is? So that is now his legal position? He has gone on the record hasn't he, for want of a better term? What will happen if in 3 weeks time the underwear or pannyhoes isn't that what you americans call them from that night emerge? And they contain the DNA of Joseph Robinette Biden Jr with a 1 in 7 billion chance it is not his DNA. Or even worse there is child out there, not a child anymore and Biden is the father. That makes him a liar and a rapist because he can't suddenly turn around next month and say yeah we slept together I remember now it. No one will buy that not even the fictional SVU.

Why would Trump do that? Trump should be there demanding the FBI, the DC Police, CIA, and a Vulcan Mind Meld be used. "NASA can do that can't they" says Trump looking at whoever on the left of him during the press conferences eyes rolling round the room. You know what is like.

I am really surprised he hasn't even in his stupid way. He could destroy Biden with this. When you consider that perhaps there are no viable candidates to Biden apart from Cuomo maybe? He can demand Biden do a polygraph live on TV during the debates and Biden says no or says yes and fails it and is finished.

Yet he has thrown this back? Why?

Ok maybe not the "legal" position but surely in 3 weeks time he can't interview on TV and say well now you mention it fox friends morning show yeah we did sleep together after the State of Union address in 1993. I never forced her to do anything she didn't want to do. I didn't want my wife to know I had cheated on her. I have spoken to my wife about this and she has forgiven me for cheating on her we love each other very much. That is never gonna fly with the american public. He is finished if he changes his story.

If there is no compliant filed in those records then he is good. If there is a compliant filed no way he would not know about it. If a complaint turns up in those old records he is either senile dementia or he is lying. We shall see.
