It's a very strong test, a very successful test. It's gonna be the best test anyone's ever seen.

If you can get your hands on a kit, of course! My OH spoke to someone in CA today who has been told that he should be tested, but he isn’t high enough on the priority scale to be allocated one of the very scarce kits.

I just took a look at my first post in this thread - November 2018 - where I stated my hope that Kamala Harris would be 'the one'. I'm no Bernie Bro, but I am a little dismayed that Biden seems to be the best we can do.

How do you think Biden will fare against Trump in debates, etc? Will he be able to control himself / avoid putting his foot in it? He can't possibly out-fox Trump - Trump is the quintessential bullshitter. So somehow he needs to figure a way to take the high road and not get dragged into the mud. Ugh - the next few months are going to get real ugly!

Maybe simply decline to debate with President Trump. Who cares what advantage the republican side try to take away from a refusal to debate.

Perhaps if biden points that out repeatedly and documents the bullshit, that might work. After all the thick Trump fans will have Covid-19 by then because they can't afford to be tested or treated.

Dog moves in mysterious ways.

Woosh!

Biden takes the lead in Washington State with 77% counted. Looking like Bernie's only win will be North Dakota, which only nets him an 8-6 delegate advantage.

The next round of states are very unfavourable for Sanders. He will get creamed in Florida and Arizona.

Yet, he is refusing to drop out. Of course he's refusing.

The only person I know, who can say he doesn't support medicare for all in the middle of a pandemic, and still win.

He does however support a form of universal healthcare, so the point may be moot.

I don't think it matters at this point, tbh. Unfortunately, any die hard Trumpsters aren't going to suddenly switch because Biden gave an excellent debate performance. Anybody who is still undecided will probably just be trying to decide for sure which one is less terrifying for their own personal interests. Biden was among the shittiest of the debaters in the primary and he's sweeping the country right now.

FWIW they're working 24/7 on sharpening Biden up for the debates and we all know that Trump probably won't prepare at all. Trump will just go full crackhead (stolen from Bill Maher) with accusations, insults and threats. People who like that crackhead schtick will go for Trump no matter what Biden does. Biden's speech Tuesday night was actually quite good, one of the best speeches of the whole primary season. They just need to keep him making the same points he made in that speech and he'll be fine. The shallow part of me thinks that Biden needs a little fattening up and a nice country club tan (not an orange paint job) and the visual comparison, next to Trump's orange, sweaty obesity, will be quite stark.

He’ll be whining that it wasn’t his fault. Well, the good stock market wasn’t his fault either. So, deal with it, Trump
