Yes...and they work for much lower wages than the undocumented do.....and those are jobs that could and should be done by those on the unemployment rolls or social assistance. Prisoners doing work for the state is one thing. Doing it for private corporations so they can avoid paying fair wages is another.

Sarah Palin for Secretary of State. Her ability to see Russia on a sunny day definitely qualifies her for the job. There could be moose hunting trips with Vladimir in the Urals... warmer relations with Russia definitely ahead.

I know there are a lot of wacky theories being bandied about on here, about how the election result could be overturned, etc, but this one has a ring of plausibility to it: ‘Prediction professor’ who called Trump’s big win also made another forecast: Trump will be impeached .
With a Republican House and Senate, an impeachment vote is possible. And with a Republican favorite Pence as VP, impeaching Trump simply opens the door to Pence. This could be a brilliant strategy; Trump got them the White House, and now they set him aside in favor of a favorite son Pence, and let all the 'establishment' back into the game. ETA - and let's face it ... who would you rather have - Pence or Trump? At least Trump is willing to stir things up. Pence, with the full backing of the establishment, could possibly do more harm. |

They have to have grounds to impeach him. Trump would never go down without a fight and a drawn out process in the House would do a lot of damage. That said..if he did go off the rails and gives them a legitimate shot..they would likely take it.

Re: 2016 Election
Prisons do not always work out as money makers, a Colorado County tried that, turned out to be a major financial drag on the County when they did not get the business they were expecting.

Clearly I don't think they'll deliberately burn down the Capitol. |
