Any other elections in history (I don't know so why I ask) of the US where the choice of candidates was this poor?

Ah but why try to climb over a wall when you can tunnel underneath? The Mexican drug cartels have miles of tunnels running from TJ to well inside US territory, They've found a few, blown them up but I'm sure there must be many more still in existence
