Got anything else on her? That's old news. Besides, I'd like to hear Carson's answer to that question.

Well, given Jesús is a Spanish name, I think a good percentage of the time, any given Jesús could be at least mostly white, genetically speaking. Unless he's of Mesoamerican extraction, then he would be considered a different race. He'd still have a bit of Spanish in him though (ooer).

Though, ironically, the depictions of Yeshua (a semitic Palestinean, still technically caucasian, but definitely not 'white') as a bit of a pasty Gabriel Batistuta are probably closer to what your average Jesús on the street might look like.

Are we all suitably confused yet? Good.

Apparently, she thinks that Ann Coulter is some sort of authority on immigration:

GOP Debate Moderator Megyn Kelly Has Long History Of Offensive, Out-Of-Touch Comments About Minorities | Research | Media Matters for America

Of course, one must remember that you thought it was insightful to refer to Bernie Sanders as a Nazi.

So apparently wife-rapist Donald Trump has decided it's a good idea to talk about Megyn Kelly's period.

Does he actually think she wrote her own questions? Or that they, at the very least, weren't vetted through the Fox higher ups?

Unfortunately for The Donald it wasn't his show and he couldn't just fire her.

I do believe the questions were the result of intensive discussion amongst the moderators, the researchers and a review by higher-ups. The moderators then decided who would ask what, and Kelly was designated to ask the questions about Trump's prior misogynistic comments. Of course, if she hadn't asked him, someone else - Rachel Maddow or equivalent - would have grilled him on them at a later date.

I see this egomaniac as poison for the Party if he's nominated (in 2010 we lost Senate seats for less), and poison if he isn't, when he runs his vengeful 3rd party campaign.

Megyn Kelly doesn't understand voting, either.

The lack of basic research skills must be an indication of that magical genius at work.

For me - big surprise of the Fox Presidential Debate was the penetrating nature of the questions from the 3 moderators.

Have never before watched Fox News. The incisiveness was quite unexpected.

OTOH - Fact that in so many instances the candidates chose to skirt/ignore what was being asked and pivot, instead, to a non-sequitor reply - was predictably true-to-form.

Donald Trump's continued ascendency has begun to scare me:

"Something is rotten in the state of Denmark"

cartoon above encapsulates it

Every time The Donald responded, he finished with a '...and we have got to fix this right now!'

*holds finger up and purses lips*

They were all so rehearsed.

I vehemently dislike Fox (Faux) News, but I have been watching Megyn Kelly in recent months. It's not that I like her particularly (her politics stink) but she does ask the tough questions, and never panders...and I do like that.

I enjoyed the Fox debate. The 2 hours flew by! I have sometimes dozed off through parts of previous debates, but I had no problem staying awake (and laughing out loud) for this one.... :)

I agree, regardless of her politics she was calm, lead the panel well and handled a high profile event in front of millions of people like a consumate professional.

I detest the comments that have been made purely because of her gender, her age or the the color of her hair. Totally irrelevant.

She negates the "First Woman President" meme that is The Hill's main calling card...although there are women's issues that play to Hillary. And Carly needs a better haircut.

A debate/cat fight between Fiorina the Fierce and The Hildebeest would be hugely entertaining, if nothing else. Could be like the Gypsy women fighting to the death in "From Russia With Love." Ticket scalpers to that event would make a fortune.
