You've got to hand it Donald Trump. Just when you think he couldn't sink any lower, he does it once again.

Trump really is like a Townhall comment section that gained sentience.

And the GOP are wondering how this happened to them. Mittens was begging for his endorsement in 2012. Karma's a bitch.

We may never know..but my take is that the mass murder in Orlando was a case of self loathing. It came out that about 10 years ago the gunman frequented a restaurant where most of the staff was gay...had a friendly relationship with a drag queen there and got along well with the other gay staff and likely even attended a drag show or two with people from the restaurant. The drag queen who provided the info said that he never displayed any sign of being anti gays and was always very cordial and friendly.

Couple this with his becoming abusive to his wife shortly after marriage, a potential sign that he thought marriage would cure his perhaps latent homosexual desires and grew to resent her whe it did not.

It may well have been an extreme version of all those Pastors who used their pulpit to condemn gays, an effort to redeem themselves with God while they themselves were engaging in gay relationships.

As I said...we may never know, but the possibility is certainly there that the whole ISIS pledge was his misguided effort for redemption. Religion has the nasty habit of pulling some folks in that direction.

This is the American way...sadly.

"Shares of Sturm Ruger & Co. were up nearly 10% by mid-day Monday.

In the aftermath of a mass shooting at an Orlando nightclub that left at least 50 people dead, shares of gun manufacturers have soared.

Shares of Connecticut-based manufacturer Sturm Ruger & Co. climbed by nearly 10% to $62.91 per share between market close on Friday and 12:15 p.m. Monday. As of the same time, shares of Massachusetts gun maker Smith & Wesson had increased by about 8% to $23.12 per share."

Nothing better for share value than a good old mass murder.

It still seems so perverse to me. If for example, Ford announced that one of cars had a defect that could/had killed people, their share price would plummet. For gun manufacturers the opposite is true. Until you take the profit out of selling guns and ammo, then I don't see you solve the problem.

We're probably only a few steps away from someone suggesting all Muslims wear a yellow crescent on their sleeves...

A similar suggestion or close to has already been made as I recall.

More proof that Trump can't take the heat.

Trump Bans Washington Post From Events - The Daily Beast

He has already said that as President he would go after news organizations who, basically, criticize him.

Apparently it is quite a badge of honor. Or as another commentator suggested "If you haven't yet been banned by Trump, you haven't been covering him properly".

Was just thinking his father said he saw men kissing and he got angry. Disgusting.. yes, repulsive..yes (might have such tendency..), but angry?? So yes it fits in.

All you have to do is convince people that the best way to protect themselves from exploding cars is to be inside their own potentially exploding car. And the more you own, the safer you will be.

An armed citizenry is not about exploding cars:
