If the media actually start doing their jobs and ask questions with actual follow ups, he'll keep throwing tantrums. Maybe all the delusions about him being some great inspirational leader will come crashing down.

Then again maybe they won't as all his acolytes hate the press more than politicians.

The nutjobs who are delegates for Trump just keep coming.

"A Tennessee delegate for Donald Trump's presidential campaign reportedly has ties to an anti-government militia group and openly advocates the violent overthrow of U.S. leaders perceived to be acting unconstitutionally. According to Mother Jones, David Riden has ties to a group that advocated for the abolition of all federal gun laws, replacing the Department of Homeland Security with citizen militias, and preparing for the potential overthrow of the government. In an interview with the liberal magazine, Riden confessed that he believes U.S. leaders who violate the Constitution should be taken down: "The polite word is 'eliminated,'" he said. "The harsh word is 'killed.' And they're killed by American citizens with weapons. And if people have tanks, assault weapons, if they have bombs—they need to have the weaponry necessary to be able to overthrow the federal government."

The nut jobs need someone to identify with. You cant deny them their constitutional rights to representation.

I would rather deny them their right to exist.

Paul Ryan surprises no-one by suddenly endorsing Trump.

One good thing is that CNN might actually be doing their job at last...

We forget that Hillary Clinton always comes into her own when she can actually fight back. She's had to be so careful with Bernie because she cannot risk alienating his people any more than what they already are. She's a great litigator and she's begun making the case against Trump. Today's performance shows what she looks like when she's comfortable.

So true. But her presentation has a certain aire of desperation, not like Obama, who has a talent for calmly explaining his view, and always sounds quite credible. Hillary lacks this.

Trump has this talent in a different way, and that's what makes him a top shelf salesman. But that's his only real skill, not that he's some brilliant leader.

And Hillary does have a shrill voice that makes people cringe. Myself included. That shouldn't make a difference, but naturally, it does. She should be taking some lessons to improve her "presence" in this regard. And she needs to gain some confidence.

In any case, she isn't Trump. And that alone makes her seem more credible. Or should, anyway.

Still, don't underestimate this charlatan. He can and very well may win.

How does it?

I mean, why would you vote for her exactly? To keep Trump out doesn't really cut it for me

She stands for absolutely nothing beyond political correctness - no principles, no beliefs and completely untrustworthy. Do you or anyone here actually know any of her policies without Googling them?

Do you know anything about Trump's policies then? Does he have any? I mean real, honest, practical, working policies, not pretending to build a bloody big wall type stuff.

Because it's going to come down to one or the other. Inevitably, at some point, voters are going to have to accept reality, as traumatising as that may be.
