Can Trump's "Nuremburg rallies" even be called "peaceable assemblies"?

A few times in years past I'd stop off at Speakers Corner in Hyde Park or on Tower Hill to listen to the back and forth, give and take between speakers and crowds. Sometimes the rhetoric on both sides got quite heated but I never saw fisticuffs or scuffles.
The trouble with Americans is they get too emotional, no self control.

What a difference compared to the typical US news channels. Everyone was polite, calm and respectful of each other. None of the shouting, arguing and interrupting that is so typical of US programs.
It reminded me of my early time in the US. I would be in a planning meeting with a client and would repeatedly have people barge in and interrupt without any consideration. I found it extremely disrespectful back then but have now come to expect it as the 'Murcan' way.

Wearing racist regalia is not against the law. That should not have caused these people to be beaten up. Trump should have told his supporters that beating up protesters is not what democracy is about but instead his words were clearly meant to support the abuse even offering to pay any legal expenses for the 78 year old white male supporter who gut punched a black protester.
By his clearly unprofessional and un-presidential behaviour Trump has brought these troubles upon himself.
The GOP needs to give itself an enema. It's attracted too many of the wrong kind over the past decade

You lefties can be so insufferably hypocritical, arrogant and condescending. The Left needs a massive high colonic and a good look in the mirror.

I was watching the BBC World News channel last week and caught "Dateline London". A typical round-table type discussion (I believe about Brexit among other things).

You'll find this thread largely made up of Brits who argue their points exactly like "Murcans." There's not a whole lot of politeness and respect for opposing viewpoints on exhibition here. Most have been here too long for that.

Cleanup time. Sorry about not being able to post that funny photo last night. I lack the skills of Nutek or Boiler. It showed a grey van with writing on the side as follows:
BUDGET FUNERAL SERVICES
Grab Em - Bag Em - Burn Em
Tel: Mort. U. Ary on 07885 279115
"The only thing that isn't stiff is our prices."
midgets half price
politicians free
---------------------
That's it. Tasteless but funny. The reference to politicians was why I tried to get it in.

Wearing racist regalia by a leftist attempting to smear Trump's supporters with the tar of racism may not be against the law, but it is understandable - and indeed quite appropriate - that it was a black Trump supporter who would throw him to the ground and stomp on him. There are few blacks who find people parading around in KKK regalia to be amusing. It was intended to cause a such a reaction, so no one should be taking that bastard's side.
Anyway, talking of protesters, it looks like Bernie had his own protester to deal with. I don't believe she was beaten up though.

Wait... has it actually been confirmed that the guy in the KKK robes was actually a protester and not a Trump supporter?

I find it amusing that you are always attempting to promote yourself as the voice of reason as you spew out canned talking points and argue against strawmen.

I wonder if politicians will soon start to regret all this gerrymandering. While it has often been in their favor to keep safe seats safe. Then someone comes along who they don't like and they can't stop him...
