But the contenders are running to be eventually in the election for president, so making things difficult for them is just unfair because it's not something they will have to face in that job.

Contrast this with how Hillary Clinton dealt with the 10+ hours of bullshit at the Benghazi hearing.

More to the point, how did Hillary deal with Benghazi during the attack on the compound, when that call came in at 3:00 AM - will we ever find out?
