Really hope you can make it on Sunday. I'll find a route map to the event and post it on here. Hope your visitors are not put off by those mean looking bikers

Speak soon

Our web site is nearly finished and is being populated .... we can talk about featuring his work on there, although I do know that Michael is a whizz with the pc as well. How often do you come accross a creative computer person

Not very often to be sure!

He is so happy that he is not in that line of work anymore, he actually hides the fact that he knows anything about computers . He's been working on his website every evening for a few weeks now and is still not totally happy with it.

BTW, the only thing I found is a link to a Calpe Map here, you will need to zoom in to see the street names.

If you or anyone else decides to turn up, the directions are (coming from Benissa on the 332) turn left into the first Calpe sign and you will be on the Av De La Generalitat Valenciana. When you reach the lights, turn left into Av de la Diputacion. At the first roundabout turn left for Av de Casanova and keep going until you see the signs and all the bikers

Hey JDR, thanks!

The only thing I feel is a slight tingling in my toes and that's it. I just don't think that only 5 minutes of electric strimulation is making any difference. I have another appointment for this following Monday and if I don't see any improvement, I won't be following up on the 15 sessions that were prescribed.

I remember Michael's physio (when he had injured his ankle - although it was a more major injury than mine) was really extreme workout in the gym with bicycling and various other excercises (btw, this was in the UK). All this guy did was massage it for 25 minutes and then 5 minutes of the electric thingie........don't need to pay someone to massage my ankle......Michael can do that for free
Read all about it HERE, it stops the muscle tissue deteriorating.
One of my mates had that heavy treatment, made him walk up and down steps etc and he could hardly walk.;-(

Our friend uses a tens machine (the electric thingie) for hours on end with no detrimental effect.

Yep, will be out for a weekend at the end of November so if I get out to Jalon I'll let you know.

Also - Re. the electric thingie. My father has used one for years for treating racing dogs and I know they are effective.

Why not just stop associating with those biker friends of yours. They look like they've got some serious issues

Do they belong to this club here?
