Karmen.....you can train as hard as you like, have a perfectly balanced diet, even indulge in numerous breakfast of champions cycles.....but at the end of the day it's all down to genetics. Like Steve Reeves!

You ARE obsessed with this guy, yes he looked good, i like the smooth look dont like all those popping veins tissue paper skin the business breeds these days, but its the commitment, dedication, strict regeme, will power, and determination i admire, not just the muscles. These qualities are few and far between in men these days they just cant be ar**d.

My year was made last week when i was with my 22 year old daughter looking at a car she was thinking of buying. The saleswoman said to her she wished she had a boyfriend like her who would buy her a car !!!!!!!!
I was made up..... but my daughter!!!!!!!!
