I don't know I met a few of them in Australia, and they speak English there and if you read some of the reasons why people are going back to UK, you see many don't seem to know how to intergrate there or even make friends. Of course, there is nothing wrong with them.....its the whole nation of Australia's fault or fill in the blanks for whatever country....

If I've understood her correctly, since I said I felt Spain was "home" to me, rather than UK, even though I have houses there, she has understood that Spain is home to me, rather than UK. Whereas many people live in another country, but still think UK is home and do the British thing were they are. ie hang out in British haunts, british friends etc etc and don't live their new countries way of living, etc..

Sorry to get involved in this - think the point to all this is, it takes all sorts.
I like the idea of Sun, Sand & Sangria - personally I couldn't care either way about integrating with "Johnny Foreigner" just give me his climate and prices thanks.
If you want different, that's up to you but let me have my choice also.
