Fantastic coffee, better water, better chance of getting work (personal experience), better+cheaper public transport, colder winters mean snowy mountains, better bars, more hospitable people, bluer skies.

[ of course this differs for different places and people ]

I wanted to move for a better outdoor life, However there have been a lot of negative things said regarding Spain. So i am not in two minds regarding my move. I now wont make a decision until next March. xxx

You have to do your own research, not rely on views made on here coloured by personal circumstances. I gained factual info from this forum when I moved. Asking questions like have been asked on here recently, I would not have done, or taken any notice of.

If you put your move off because of negative remarks made on here then you are being unwise. Facts ... get them on here. Opinions, you have to get your own.

Never make a life altering decision based on advice from a forum!!! It's okay for the trivial stuff, but always make important decisions based on your own experience, not others'.

(BTW - either I live in a bubble or the negative remarkers do because half the time I haven't the faintest clue what they are babbling on about. Their Spain isn't my Spain that's for sure. Everything seems hunky dory to me and my life plods on as usual.)

This is my opinion (which you are free to ignore).
I came here because I love the spanish and the culture. That's got to be a consideration as you tend to bump into it quite a bit.

I never said it was negative things said on forums. i should of explained more, I meant things i have read i.e papers, economy etc etc.

You don't need to - I gave you a clue - reply in less than 140 characters - stops people rambling on - changing the thread. Easier to read too ! (140 chars is about 2.5 lines in your editor !)
