Har de har har.

Mutter, mutter, 'kin bassa. The sun came out for a minute yesterday, and I genuinely thought that there was something wrong!

Re: Weather

Well this morning the humidity was down to 25% which is half what is was at same time in morning last week. Nights much cooler and more comfortable. Days still warm too.

Re: Weather

We had a bit of sun this morning to remind us of what we are missing, and then it was back to grey and chucking it down.

Re: Weather

lucky you bil..............we keep getting promising looking clouds that amount to nothing

right this minute it's 83.1/28.4 in the shade..........70% humidity - which must be about the lowest it's been this month

according to http://www.wunderground.com/weathers...?ID=IALICANT23

which always seems to be right when compared with what's out the window, the average humidity this month has been 77% and it was up to 87% a few days ago.

I don't care how hot it gets..........it's the humidity I can't stand - and it's getting worse each year

Re: Weather

Humidity is a complete b*stard. It's one of the things that I love about the Vejer area, it is very, very dry. If it were humid there the temps would be awful.

El Capitan Aug 14th 2008 5:38 am

Re: Weather

Vejer might normally be dry bil, as Sevilla is normally very dry but so far this year the humidity right across Southern Spain has been way up and I cannot explain why. Until the last few days that is and things showing signs of returning to a more normal level here at least though by the sound of it Alicante is still getting moist air.

Re: Weather

Ah well, I just hope that increased humidity won't become a regular feature for us.

Some rain last night, not enough to come in the various cracks. Too dark to tell at the moment;)

aha..street lighting. (beware, another soapbox moment) The bane of my life in rural Glos; beautiful skies, spoiled by those sodium orange thingies across the hill..... halfbuilt industrial zones in the campo blazing out for no-one there.... just moved:eek: to go downstairs, outside & round the house to see. Answer: one cloud, start of a gorgeous sunrise. Sorry:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

12deg C here am, about 19 in Malaga: must be the altitude! Wind's really whipped up today, chairs in the pool etc. Cat's disappeared again, seems to coincide with when he won't hear me rattling his tin!:)
