Less crap than yesterday, which is good, so I'm turning off the phone, closing the curtains and not going out of the house all day so it can't turn the other way :)

I want a refund on this weekend damnit! What could have gone wrong, has!

Although I have been offered a wicked job in Germany that I'm quite tempted by!

Not fluent but definately enough to get by and more than enough for working in the Motor trade.

Never actually learnt, but just picked it up during the years of trading between countries. Great thing about Germany also is if you're below say 40 it's pretty much certain most people will have a decent grasp on English anyway!

Yep sure would and I would be gutted to put those plans on hold, which is why I've not jumped at the chance.

Still got my heart set on Spain, but at least Germany is there as a backup!

I know what you mean, I have had an offer of a massive amount of work in Norfolk that would probably set us up a really nice deposit on a house in Spain and all I want to do is get my arse to Spain to be honest!

Re: Weather

Just had the most terrific thunderstorm with lightening  The electric went off but came back on (unplugged the pc luckily when it started) now we find that there is no water  As our water comes from a well and our landlords are out we can't do anything about it. Luckily we have three 8 litre bottles of water so no panic yet.
