On these boxes, either the Android boxes or the Mag250 boxes that access a server, it is live. Any delay is probably less than 30 seconds. I get a 30 second delay on my Internet radio.

So is it as easy to use as the mag box because as you know I am not very good with technology, all I do is use the remote as for the tv, but it's 200€ a year

Using a basic Android box can be pretty simple if you use an app which lists all the available channels and usually a couple of clicks will get you what you want. Filmon and TVCatchup are examples.

The advantage of the Mag type box is that it uses a centralised server (usually in the Ukraine or Russia) , which offers a better EPG and the ability to use catchup services - that's why you pay a (usually inflated) subscription.

The Android boxes have the normal UK catchup services, BBC ITV C4 and C5 available as apps and the quality is fine.
