Congratulations.

You yet again managed to reintroduce the M word, despite the fact that particular theory has already been put to bed.

Maybe time to pack in your trolling.
As I mentioned earlier, it's becoming very repetitive and tiresome.

We all know you are desperate to keep your post count going, but do you really have to make it so obvious ?

Back to topic, despite what I said earlier it does seem a little strange that not a single trace of the aircraft or it's contents have yet been found.

To put Andy's mind at rest I think he should check up on the huge number of aircraft and ships actually taking part in the search operation.

I don't mean that at all, Matt I might have issues but I am not stupid, I dont believe Iranians would gain anything from this, Nobody knows,

I for now am not going to speculate, I am sure there are separtist Muslims in China who could be responsible, but you don't have to put words in my mouth, I can dig my own holes.

I know the oceans are huge, I know they are looking, but something in me believes that somebody knows something from the first minute it happened or before.

If things were not learned or introduced from 447, for safety they need to be now, and certainly some kind if international tracking / reporting that can not be switched off.

Re: The UK news thread.

as an oil rig worker says he saw a fireball in the sky at approx the time 370 was due to be in the area (to the south east of Vietnam) and sent an email to Malay and Viet authorities at the time there is potential credence to the Flightradar24 earlier claim it was still heading over the sea to the south east of Vietnam, not flying over their land but carrying on as per normal.

but why would the Vietnamese agree a "handshake" with Malaya for an aircraft they have no contact with, and ask other aircraft if they than make contact as they are unable to do so
????

the laundry on this will make for interesting reading when it is all fully published, especially as the head of the Malay Airforce is now recanting his reported comments that they had been following the aircraft across N Malaysia to the Malacca Straits/Andaman Sea - which would indicate a potential hijacking.
???

it will all eventually be blamed on the CIA and US Intelligence (although no one will realise that is an oxymoron)
;)

well the Chinese are bleating that Malaysia isn't doing things right, they aren't keeping everyone up to date (how many "Nothing to Report" updates can you issue in a day when there is Nothing to Report??)

there are approximately 40 ships of various sizes and various capabilities with a similar number of aircraft looking for this aircraft, probably the most vessels and manpower ever put into such a search.
But their capabilities are all wasted if they are looking in the wrong place.

Perhaps if the Chinese were to take over this investigation they would find the answer in 24 hours, it wouldn't be them, it would be the pilot, the co-pilot, the engineer, the ground crew, but it wouldn't be them. They would issue a notice, and send all the relatives home with apologies.

:(

Reports just in from China of sightings of some possible wreckage to the East of the aircraft's last known position.

IMHO supposition from a country that is trying to prove a point, which one is not certain at the moment.

Bit of your own medicine, eh ?

Must have picked it up from reading so many of your pointless posts.

Stupid habit of mine, I should be old enough to know better by now.

so now it is being said that although the squawk had been turned off along with the radio the engines were still sending running data via a separate system. For 4 hours. So what receiver picked up this data and is it back trackable ?

Where is CSI/NCIS with all their gizmo's when we want them

False trail from the Chinese Sat pics I see.

The pilots forum had it figured out straight away, the size of the pieces of debris were too big to have come from the lost plane.

Looks like turning into another Bermuda Triangle affair with all sorts of crazy theories.
One suggested it could be similar to the Helios affair.
