It's sure going to be interesting to see how she gets on with the 12/13 year old boys she will have staying with her from today.....one of them goes to school with the 4 who will be staying with me......they will be here for 3 weeks!

Have a good day, just deciding whether to brave the weather and go and do the boot sale or just to hibernate. It looks as if it could brighten up, but I know how Sod's law works, if I stay at home it will turn out beautiful, if I go we will have a monsoon, etc.
Can't win either way.

I just hope those three gorgeous weeks we had early were not our summer - i know wot u mean its not good weather - true to form it will be horrible all summer hols and then we'll get the usual indian summer in september when we're all back at school.

Boot sale OFF, pissistently raining, all junk has to stay in spare room for another week. I am pacing around like a caged animal, I need something to do. may go back in loft and just clear out stuff that can go to the tip. Aaaarrrggghhh.
See weather just takes over, and there is mitzy trying to close the weather thread and it just continues here, but he hasn't found this one. Has he?

it was so funny yesterday!!

the lovely woman has gone out & bought those foam 'sausage things' for the pool

no toys allowed in the pool, although as they are really 'swimming aids' you can get away with it

of course they don't need them as swimming aids so as boys will they turned them into weapons and started whacking each other with them!!

at one point there were 10 kids doing this.........on each other's shoulders.......making a hell of a noise

she sat there twitching.....would definitely have had a moan if it had been my kids who started it....but it was hers!!!


she is either going to self destruct in the next three weeks or explode at her 3 boys
