ha ha - just out of interest though - can you go into a movistar shop for help with your telefonica telephone account? as i ve been trying to get through on 1004 with no luck!!

With the 1004 number.....try Saturday or Sunday mornings, for some strange reason it's quicker getting through then.

I just got round to phoning 1004. Straight to English (must've recognise my phone number) 10 second chat - will now receive paper facturas by post. Easy.

One said they were nothing to do with Telefonica and when I pointed to the large Telefonica logo behind his head, just shrugged and walked off
