There are many things a new a member moving to Spain may need advice on. This is a great forum populated (mostly) by helpful people, however there are some things which need to be discussed with a professional.
I would suggest you study the information available on the Free Beer thread and find a good solicitor (Abogado) to advise you.

I'd agree with that


but not that you need an abogado to advise on healthcare & residency requirements


a gestor maybe - but you don't even need one of those - it's all very simple to sort out yourself really

apart from you - who I know has had dreadful problems in that direction...... ( I don't think any of us, including you, really understand why ) everyone else I know - as in know personally has managed to do it themselves, with a little guidance
