Have intergrated,fully!
However,on a daily basis I have to put up with abuse, along the lines of the old classic "why dont you go back to your own country!",or "oh another foreigner then"
Funnily enough this seems worse in "multicultural"London than in the country.
Also have other complaints, which seem pretty much the same as all other Brits, such as high taxation, artificially high prices for every thing, lack of personal freedom, lousy weather(which more me is important as I prefer a outdoor life),law that protects perpertrators of crime, rather than victims of crime (have recent personal experience of this).

I know things are not perfect in Spain, but at least I can enjoy the things I like (mountain biking, climbing etc),to offset any stress's.
On a final note, I dont have any family in GB, and on all my trips to Spain, I have never once wanted to come back to GB,as much as I am gratefull for the opp's the place has given to me,(such as earning a higher than average living)

PS; the reason for my outburst is that there always seem's to be some idiot on here that starts completely unprovoked arguments, and then a little group that joins in to help that same clown out, when he proves incapable of winning on his own.Have already put one of these losers on ignore may well add another.

PPS;more than happy to explain my motives/background to any SENSIBLE questioner.

I didn`t post on here because of what anyone else said, I posted on here because of what YOU said. You were born and brought up in this country and you have lived here through to adulthood - and unless you lived in an army barracks compound untouched by anything english then in my opinion you are english with a spanish background. I have faced ignorance too, this was in the late 60`s and early 70`s. Due to my colouring I was, in the school playground, called a `paki` and a `half-caste` and apart from these idiots being completely wrong on both counts they were also stupid and I treated them as so.
Be happy that you can embrace both countries and nationalities and cultures - dont pit one against the other.

I have to 'WILL' myself to use them. I've already made a few big errors, eg. missing the punch line from a joke.

Be happy that you can embrace both countries and nationalities and cultures - dont pit one against the other.
Havent pitted one against the other, youve clearly misread or misinterpreted everything I've said and seem determined to find an argument where there isnt one,and as have previously explained, on numerous ocassions, have no problem with GB,(why am I the only person here who calls this country GREAT BRITAIN).Also clearly stated I was gratefull for the opportunities offered by GB.
The reasons I gave for wanting to relocate to Spain are perfectly valid, why would I want to live somewhwere where I have no family? If thats the case then wanting to move back to GB from spain thru missing family is not valid, artificially high cost of living is also a reason given by other Brits who want to emigrate, suppose thats not valid either, problems of crime, again another reason given by potential expats, again is that not valid?
Like everyone else whos emigrated or plans to I have my reasons, most of which concur with the general run of reasons given by potential expats, and one or two which are personal to me,(like everyone else.
Strange how you've picked up on one aspect of my post, and are using that as a basis for pointless argument.
And if I choose to call Spain "my" country, thats because it is and will continue to be so in the future, along with GB,(or I suppose the Brits in Spain who call GB "their" country are wrong too).
Also are you ging to help the OP find a place in Benidorm,or am I the only person whos even going to try?

The title is.... Somewhere to live in Benidorm ?
The op needs to know about Benidorm.

Please try and stay on topic and take the arguements elsewhere instead of on the board.

Sorry for that but felt I had to reply to the baseless acussition leveled at me.
In fact I'm the only person who's even answered the OP's question here!

Again apologies,(for my part)
