Socket problem

Brilliant! Is there anything you can't find on YouTube?
So, contrary to what you might expect the earth is not in the centre where you might expect it, but on the right hand side.
Unlike normal Spanish plugs the cooker plug cannot be inserted either way round so the fact that the earth is not central would not be a problem.
On the other hand, if the plug is not symmetrical it doesn't matter how you wire it so long as the connections in the plug match the connections in the socket.
