Of course this depends on the area, but this is unlikely to be true

One in four children born in Spain are from foreign parents. Many speak Spanish perfectly, but others do not. Even here in Oviedo, our local state school has more than half the kids who are not Spanish. They are mainly Eastern European and Latin American

You can argue that these children are indeed Spanish because most of them were born in Spain But the point I am making is that society in Spain as as multicultural as in London these days with all the good and bad things that brings
