Thought for happy second that the 'good news' was that they had shut down. Sadly not. How people can allow themselves to be humiliated and abused just to save a few pounds is beyond me. Yes, I know saving money is important, but not to the extent of being treated like cattle whilst at the same time lining the pockets of O'Leary.
There really is no limit to the extent to which some individuals will allow themselves to be mistreated and exploited.
